Our team works with our clients to design the right Azure transition strategy, using AI to make migration projects faster, more effective, and aligned to business value.

Obsolete applications can negatively affect brand image, maintenance costs, and company operational efficacy. Yet the decision to migrate them to Azure, taking advantage of its capabilities, is usually postponed due to the risk of losing continuity. By incorporating AI into this process these risks can be greatly reduced. We apply AI solutions, like GitHub Copilot, to the whole Software Lifecycle (SDLC) to ease the transition, minimizing risks and accelerating migration. This allows our clients to modernize and migrate to Azure workloads that were too costly or risky in the past As Microsoft Partners we work through this Journey to Azure in two stages of transformation:

  1. Understand and plan We work with our clients to develop a migration to Azure that ensures business continuity and to draft a customized roadmap for modernization that takes the key aspects of technology, business, and people into consideration. We use our knowledge in similar projects and leverage tools like Azure Migrate, complemented by AI-driven analysis to evaluate the existing application, estimate migration effort, and guide the modernization plan.

  2. Modernize and evolve Thanks to our methodology, which we have developed specifically for Azure and consolidated over the years, we can guarantee a secure and controlled transition. With AI, particularly GitHub Copilot app modernization for Java and .NET, we accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and preparation for cloud environments.

  • Technology: We perform reverse engineering to obtain a map of the current application and with direct engineering we define the architecture and Azure services that best suit the business needs: integration, infrastructure, scalability, robustness, security, and data management. AI assists in identifying outdated patterns, proposing cloud‑ready alternatives, and speeding up remediation tasks.
  • Business: We develop and implement the new application using specific processes that allow the coexistence of both versions during the transition. AI-supported migration accelerates code updates and reduces associated risks, helping maintain stable coexistence throughout the process.
  • People: We enhance the capabilities of the current team by training them in the new technology and we accompany users in the adoption of the new application.
