This approach starts with this 4-days workshop.

• Day 1 : Kickoff :
  • Organisation of the Kickoff with the different stakeholders to present the assessment, the definition of the planning.
  • Install & configure the automatic CSAT Agent which is a tool to automatically audit your infrastructure. This includes an audit of:
    • Endpoint protection 
    • Office 365 implementation 
    • Azure AD. 
• Day 2: Capture: We consolidate the data captured by the different agents that we combine with the answers of the questionnaire distributed in the first day. We also organize the interview to challenge the input provided by the stakeholders (BUS-IT).
• Day 3: Report:
  • Analysis of the data captured during the interview and the agents.
  • Redaction of the report which determine the maturity level.
• Day 4: Presentation and next steps: 
  • Presentation to the Business/IT Stakeholders
  • Preparation of the backlog of the different activities. This will activate our agile and iterative process to improve the security posture of your digital workplace
