Our Approach

• Assess & Design: Through a pre-migration questionnaire and workshops, we develop a foundational understanding of your Google Workspace features and map them to Microsoft 365 equivalents. We deliver an overview of Microsoft 365 workloads to help you make informed decisions about new capabilities. If desired, we also evaluate your existing investments in other third-party solutions, including security tools, telephony, automation, and AI.
• Enable & Migrate: With the migration plan in hand, we deploy and configure your new Microsoft 365 tenant and apps, setting up Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and other key workloads. We set up migration tools and automation scripting for migration staging and early testing, divide end-users into migration groups, and schedule the migration—carefully monitoring each group to ensure successful data migration.
• Adoption & Change Management: As each group is migrated, we deliver training seminars to help users learn their new Microsoft 365 workloads. We handle all end-user communications pre- and post-migration and provide white-glove support services, including tailored 1:1 sessions for users facing adoption challenges.

Deliverables

• Functional Specification and Design Guide: A document containing all technical and business requirements, migration considerations, decisions made, and details on how the Microsoft 365 tenant was built.
• Migration Plan: A step-by-step plan of tasks, dependencies, due dates, user group scheduling, identity and risk/issues, and other key elements. Status meetings are held throughout the migration phase.
• Training: An adoption plan with a schedule of seminars, agendas, VIP users for 1:1 training, and other important elements to support your first day on Microsoft 365. All training and communications content is provided and stored in a SharePoint site.
