The Glaass Safety Plan captures site worked hours within our diary module and incident data within our safety module to automatically produce these industry-standard safety rates:

- Lost Days Rate (LDR)
Safety rate data is produced on customisable charts and configurable registers by selected timeframes. Incident metadata can be used to filter, split or sort safety rates to your needs.
How does it work?
The site hours are captured either through the daily diary or monthly diary template or both forms if necessary. Then, then incidents captured in the incident report form use mathematical calculations to produce the safety rates.
The plan also includes our workflow module to have diaries and incidents reviewed and digitally signed off by management, as well as our documents module to store policies, procedures and other project documents.
