Usage:

$ sudo su
$ cd /var/www/html
$ sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html
$ sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/uploads
$ sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/cache
$ sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/templates_c
$ sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/xoops_data
$ sudo systemctl restart apache2
