It uses open-source Spark Structured Streaming as the real-time stream processing platform and supports frameworks like Apache Kafka, Databricks Delta, Azure Event Hubs, and Hadoop. Informatica Data Engineering Streaming enables ingestion and processing of real-time streaming data into Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage Gen1, Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and supports Azure Event Hubs as a source, Azure Event Hubs as a target, and Databricks or Azure HDInsight in streaming mode, making it easy to collect, deliver, and process large amounts of real-time data efficiently.
