Use these images as a starting point for creating custom images. All management and administration of Windows 365 is performed from the Intune management portal.

Instead of using custom images, Microsoft recommends using these gallery images that are updated monthly. You can use these as a starting point when creating a provisioning policy. Using Intune, you can add or change settings, configurations, and applications in the same way that you dynamically provision physical devices with Autopilot.

Custom images are essential in a few scenarios and must be constantly maintained and updated.
