With the OfficeSpace for Outlook add-in, meeting organizers will be able to see which locations other attendees are working from and the available room options in each location that accommodate the number of attendees. This could be different floors, different buildings, or even different sites. Book the right size rooms for the meeting right in Microsoft Outlook, without needing to toggle between different screens.

With this Outlook add-in, you will be able to:

  • See on the floorplan where your meeting attendees are located and what desks they have booked.

  • View the available rooms, its seating capacity and features in the different locations of your meeting attendees.

  • Book the meeting room directly in Microsoft Outlook.

  • Floorplan with the meeting room information will automatically be added to the meeting invite description so attendees can easily find the space.

  • Meeting information will automatically be populated into the room display devices (if enabled).

    This app requires that your organization has a subscription to OfficeSpace Software and room booking enabled.
