NextMail AI brings advanced AI writing capabilities directly into Outlook.

With a single click, you can generate smart replies, improve drafts, summarize long email threads, translate messages, extract key details, check tone and message clarity, or create structured action lists — all inside the Outlook interface.

NextMail AI is designed for professionals who write and respond to high volumes of email and want to save time while improving message quality. The add-in works on Outlook for Web and Outlook for Desktop.

Uses Your Own LLM7 API Key

NextMail AI does not lock you into a proprietary paid API.

Every user can:

• create their own free API token at https://token.llm7.io

• use any LLM7 model they prefer

• keep full control of their own usage

Future versions will offer optional premium features while keeping the core LLM7 functionality available with your personal API key.

Privacy and Data Handling

• Email content is processed only to generate the requested AI output

• Full message bodies and attachments are not stored

• Only minimal telemetry (open/completion events) is collected

• All processing is routed via a secure backend hosted in the EU (Finland)

• You remain in control of your own API key

How It Works

1. Install the add-in through Outlook or your M365 administrator

2. Open any email and launch NextMail AI from the ribbon

3. Enter your LLM7 API token (one-time setup)

4. Choose a quick action (Reply, Summarize, Translate…) or write your own prompt

5. Insert the generated response directly into your draft
