Automate with Cloud and Desktop Flow Tools

We offer an eight-hour introduction to Power Automate (Cloud flows and Desktop flows) covering a theoretical explanation and demonstration of Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows). The theoretical session will be followed with practical labs, where attendees will learn to create their own Cloud and Desktop flows.

Workshop breakdown:

1. Introduction and demonstration of Power Automate Cloud flows
2. Lab: Build a Power Automate Instant Cloud flow that will send an email to a manager once a file has been dropped in a SharePoint location
3. Introduction and demonstration of Power Automate Desktop flows (RPA)
4. Lab: Build a Power Automate Desktop Flow that will be executed on a scheduled time that will open a legacy app, extract info and email the info
5. Identify and discuss real world applications within the attendee’s organisation and how to approach those developments
