Assist BI - Power BI Administration, Catalog, Governance

Assist BI eases the administration and governance of Power BI and Fabric deployments. Platform is available as Teams App, Teams Mobile App and also as WebApp. It primarily includes

1. Manage Access - Provides a unified view and intuitive action controls to manage the access roles and permissions across workspaces, objects, items and resources.

2. Manage Schedules - Create and manage schedules of Power BI and Fabric Items in a centralized way. Provides rich and intuitive experience in managing the schedules using different view options.

3. Monitor Refresh & History - Monitor, track and troubleshoot the refresh issues with instant recommendations and action triggers. Provides a variety of view options like board view, List View and Calendar View for actions.

4. BI Post - Create and Manage scheduled delivery of Power BI reports in varied formats and to varied channels. Also, manage all of them in a unified view including recipients and record level restrictions

5. Usage Insights - Get to know the usage, adaption and utilization of resources and Insights both in graphical representations and easy downloadable tables.

6 Asset Library - Users can search through the catalog of power bi and fabric assets and request access to the data owners and get it approved by data owners directly and immediately, which reduces the load of IT admins and also provides shared governance.
