• Monitored Resources: Flatten Procore's nested resource grid into one editable Excel sheet, bulk-edit labor resources across cost codes and sub-jobs, and sync edits and new rows back to Procore. Pre-approved resource lists become dropdowns to keep entries clean.

Every workflow keeps Procore as the source of record. You review and fix in Excel, then push clean data instead of re-keying it one record at a time.
