• You can ask questions to understand how you and others in your team are wired, including personality traits and interpersonal needs.

• Coaching guidance through the built in coaching feature

• Ability to select different team members across multiple teams in your organisation

Pre requisites and Limitations

• To access ClickWith Copilot, you must already be a subscribed user of the Click With AI Progressive Web Application and have completed the personality and interpersonal surveys. If you don’t have an account and would like to create one, contact our sales team, on the support links provided below, under Support and Help

• For ClickWith Copilot to provide insights about other team members, you must first select them in the Team Selector section. You can select up to a maximum of 20 team members at a time.

• All responses are based on the personality and interpersonal data you provide through the surveys, as well as SmartLeader’s proprietary knowledge base.
