Learn how to send Gmail to Airtable.

Do you have an email you need to include on your Airtable base for you or your team to take action on.

This add-in makes it easy, with a single click from the Outlook Ribbon. A taskpane opens, (and after you have signed into Airtable), you can quickly build a field mapping profile and create new items in Airtable.

NOTE: This add-in supports pinning so you can quickly move through your inbox when creating items in Airtable.

Send to Air supports the following features:

• Sends email messages (subject and body) to Airtable^* with optional AI Summary of body.^**
• Map fields with conditions, use the expression builder to build your own field values, or use RegEx^**
• Supports calendar appointments and meetings (subject and body and start/end time^***)
• Allows you to keep a base, table and field mapping profile selected as default.
• Works with shared mailboxes.
• Supports dark and light mode.

• There are no daily limits on how many emails you can send.
