Pathian OEM Data Connector & Analytics Refinery is a secure, API-first platform designed to enable OEMs to ingest data from native building control systems, define equipment using component-based configuration, and generate standardized analytics outputs without altering existing control architectures.
OEMs define equipment by selecting functional components (e.g., supply air fan, return air fan, coils, dampers). Based on the selected components, the platform automatically determines required data points, assigns standardized component and point identifiers, and generates analytics functions and insights aligned to the equipment makeup while preserving OEM-native point naming.
The platform operates as a neutral data and analytics infrastructure layer. Pathian retains ownership of all data ingested and analytics generated by the platform. OEMs retain ownership of control logic, user interfaces, and customer relationships and are granted licensed, read-only access to analytics outputs via secure APIs. Analytics generation consumes Pathian Cloud processing capacity; API access provides retrieval of processed results and does not constitute resale of data.
