Tango Reserve by AgilQuest's Exchange Add-In provides direct access to Reserve through MS Exchange interfaces like MS Outlook. Users can quickly create reservations or multi-point reservations for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces while simultaneously viewing availability of assets and attendees directly within the Exchange Add-In.
Give employees the power of Reserve Room Booking software without ever leaving the work calendar they already use every day. Users will create meetings in the calendar as usual, and then can use the Reserve Exchange Add-In to find and book the room or rooms, equipment, amenities, and services that work best for the meeting or event. Searching for the best available assets is easy with filters such as location and floor, category and asset type (collaboration space, workspace, parking, transportation, health and wellness), and available amenities to make it easy to find the perfect space.
A Tango Reserve license is required to use the Tango Reserve by AgilQuest Exchange Add-In.
