EMDE Data Platform

EMDE Platform is a fully integrated data platform that deploys on your existing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cluster. It bundles enterprise-grade tools for data engineering, analytics, and governance into a single, managed deployment. Included components: • Apache Trino — Distributed SQL query engine for big data • Apache Airflow — Workflow orchestration and pipeline scheduling • Apache Superset — Business intelligence and data visualization • Project Nessie — Open data catalog with Git-like versioning • Apache Ranger — Fine-grained security and access control • VSCode Server — Browser-based development environment • Observability Stack — Grafana, Prometheus, Loki for monitoring and logging All components are pre-configured and deployed as a single Kubernetes cluster extension, managed through the Azure Resource Manager.
