The Avanade Identity & Access Management Assessment is an 8-week engagement where following a comprehensive discovery of processes associated with employee lifecycles, we define a future state solution that addresses the issues and requirements. We then provide a roadmap for the implementation of the future state solution.

Outcomes include:

• A blueprint for an end-state IAM enterprise solution that is scalable, streamlined, efficient, consistent, and user-friendly.
