Missing recency data for workflows is retrieved, creating a complete list of assets with recent modification dates.
Filter out abandoned assets to focus on relevant assets for the next cut analysis.

Survey

Identify Site Administrators or users with Full Control and their respective sites to target for communications.
Develop survey to understand asset usage beyond metadata.
Distribute surveys to solution owners.
Use survey results to define the Second Cut and apply criteria with leadership.

Interview

Define the information needed for each site and the assets contained within them.
Create a script for site owner interviews, schedule, and conduct interviews.
Aggregate results and review with leadership to refine migration strategy.

Sizing

Create a matrix of factors that add complexity to any form or workflow and assign a value to each.
Create a configuration data table with values for each factor and develop an automated process to calculate scores for each site and its contained assets.
Use aggregate scores to determine a T-Shirt size.
Provide decision-makers with information to determine modernization scope and prioritize decisions.

Educate and Pilot

Based on results from analysis, available budget, and prioritization, sites are chosen for pilot migrations.
Execute selected pilots, review lessons learned, and update plans accordingly.
Conduct learning sessions and implement support systems.

Propose

Deliver a final proposal, detailed budget, and comprehensive migration plan to ensure a successful transition.
