Centralized contact management that synchronizes shared business contacts to personal contact lists
QuickDial Contact Manager helps organizations manage and distribute shared business contacts across Microsoft 365. Administrators maintain centrally managed contact lists containing customers, suppliers, partners, locations, and other important contacts, while users subscribe to the lists relevant to them.
Contacts are automatically synchronized to a dedicated Microsoft Outlook contacts folder, making them available natively in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and mobile devices. When contact information changes, updates are automatically distributed to subscribed users, ensuring everyone always has access to the latest information.
QuickDial can be used directly within Microsoft Teams for searching, browsing, and calling contacts, but Teams is not required. Organizations can also use QuickDial solely as a centralized contact synchronization service for Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices.
