BA Agent is an AI-powered Business Analyst assistant for Microsoft Teams that helps teams capture, organise, and export product requirements from meetings and chat conversations.
Key Features
- Meeting Analysis: List recent Microsoft Teams meetings with available transcripts. For each meeting, extract product requirements or generate a structured summary covering key decisions, action items, and next steps.
- Chat Extraction: Extract product requirements discussed in group chats or direct messages between team members, processed incrementally from the last checkpoint.
- Requirements Management: View, filter, and export all extracted requirements across all sources in CSV, JSON, Markdown, or Word (DOCX) format.
- Projects: Group related requirements into projects for better organisation and traceability.
- Admin Portal: Tenant administrators can manage user seats and subscription plans through a dedicated web-based Admin Portal.
Get Started
Install BA Agent and open a 1-on-1 chat with the bot. Click Sign In to Get Started on the welcome card to authenticate with your Microsoft account, then type meetings to see your recent Teams meetings.
