JETNET AI brings the aviation intelligence directly into Microsoft Teams, allowing you to query aircraft data, analyze market trends, and get instant answers without leaving your workflow.
Ask questions about aircraft registrations, ownership, transactions, fleet analysis, and market activity using natural language. Get structured, source-backed answers powered by JETNET's trusted dataset.

## How to use
- Open a 1:1 chat with JETNET AI and type your question.
- In a group chat or channel, **@mention** JETNET AI to include the assistant in the conversation.
- Type `new` to reset the conversation context.
- Type `disconnect` to sign out of your JETNET Evolution account.
## Rate or report a response
JETNET AI is generative AI and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You have two ways to share feedback or report an issue on any AI response.
**Quick reaction** — react to an answer with an emoji:
- 👍 **Like** or ❤️ **Heart** — this answer was helpful.
- 👎 **Thumbs down** or 😠 **Angry** — this answer was wrong or unhelpful.
- 😂 **Laugh** or 😮 **Surprised** — the answer was unexpected or in between.
**Detailed feedback or report an issue** — to report an objectionable, incorrect, or surprising response with a written explanation:
1. **Right-click** the JETNET AI response (or open the **… More actions** menu on the message).
2. Choose **More actions → Send feedback**.
3. In the form, select 👍 **Helpful**, 👎 **Not helpful**, or 😮 **Surprising**, add an optional comment, and click **Submit feedback**.
4. You will receive a **support reference number** in the confirmation. Quote it if you contact JETNET support about this response.
