We wrap up by co-delivering an All Hands webinar on the theme of inclusion and accessible technology, showcasing and utilising the accessibility features within Microsoft Teams.

Day 1
- Interactive workshop to understand the current inclusive attitudes of the client’s business Days 2 - 8
- Workshops on how to make “All Hands” Business Updates, website and PowerPoint presentations more accessible for everyone. We use technology such as accessibility checker, live captions and read aloud.
- Creation of an “Accessibility Champions Network” across the business and “train the trainer” style detailed demonstrations, knowledge sharing around the accessibility features within Microsoft 365 and how to support peers to adopt these features.
Days 9 -10
Outcomes
- Using built-in solutions reduces operating costs and effort – these solutions are part of the Microsoft 365 solution, so no additional cost or effort to provide accessibility and assistive technology tools. Saving time and cost in terms of support, training, licenses and hardware.
- Everyone can create, communicate and collaborate on any device – this means that an organisation can get the best out of all employees to drive innovation and success.
