The story

Most organizations know AI is important—but leadership teams often struggle to agree on where to start, what problems to focus on, and how Microsoft AI fits their business.
 
 The AI Envisioning Workshop creates space for that conversation. This engagement brings business and IT leaders together to step back from tools and features and focus on business outcomes. The workshop guides participants through understanding AI’s potential, reviewing Microsoft’s AI capabilities at a high level, and connecting those capabilities to real strategic goals.
 
 Rather than designing solutions, the workshop helps leaders decide what is worth pursuing and what should come next.

• Explore how Microsoft AI capabilities (Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot) can support those priorities
