Using a proven process, the combined customer and Cognizant team quickly gain an understanding of project objectives and begin designing solution alternatives almost immediately.  Customers benefit as they see their ideas come to life in workshop sessions.  This process begins with a Workshop to gain agreement on business problems, strategic alignment, and priorities.  The team then brainstorms to find alternatives determining the best options.  Stakeholders then prioritize their needs for Pilot or Proof of Concept Development.  The engagement culminates with a pilot that allows customer to provide feedback and develop further.
