The engagement focuses on:

Defining strategic use cases for Copilot and Agents aligned to business outcomes.

Establishing governance practices based on Microsoft Responsible AI and Zero Trust principles.

Supporting early adoption through structured change-management activities.

Designing and guiding the implementation of one transformational Copilot-powered Agent to demonstrate measurable value and readiness for future expansion.

Scope of Work – Phase 1 (8–12 weeks) Redefine (Strategy)

Identify high-value Copilot and Agent opportunities based on productivity and operational impact.

Define Human-Agent collaboration roles and success metrics for early adoption.

Align stakeholders around the Frontier Firm operating model and AI-First readiness goals.

Implement (Initial Agent Design Guidance)

Design and configure one transformational Agent using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform for Teams.

Ensure proper integration with organizational data, permissions, and collaboration workflows. (Note: This phase focuses on design and guided implementation. Additional agents or advanced automation can be delivered in future phases.)

Govern (Responsible AI & Security)

Develop an AI Governance Playbook with policies, roles, data-access controls, and oversight processes.

Map governance requirements to Zero Trust identity, data-protection, and auditing capabilities in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Purview.

Establish risk-assessment and approval workflows for future Agents and AI scenarios.

Evaluate (Adoption & Impact Measurement)

Assess early adoption and usage patterns for Copilot and the initial Agent.

Provide dashboards and KPIs for Human-Agent collaboration, security posture, and Responsible AI compliance.
