RM Mail Checker is an AI-based Microsoft Outlook add-in that helps organizations identify phishing, fraud, and suspicious emails directly from the user's mailbox.
Users analyze a selected email from within Outlook and receive a clear assessment — classified as good, suspicious, or phishing — with plain-language explanations that highlight potential risks without requiring technical security knowledge. The add-in evaluates signals such as sender information, reply-to mismatches, authentication results, links, and message content, processed by a secure backend and assessed using AI.
To protect privacy, sensitive personal and financial data — such as IBANs, tax codes, credit card numbers, passwords, and API keys — is automatically masked before the email content is processed by the AI service. Email addresses and links are preserved, as they are essential for the phishing assessment.
Access to RM Mail Checker is provided through a commercial agreement with Reputation Manager. The add-in requires service activation and is not available as a self-service free product for individual users.
