Outlook Add-in enable user to quickly find and add conference rooms to Outlook meeting request.
This Outlook add-in is designed for enterprise customers and enables users to quickly find available meeting rooms in a selected location and seamlessly add them as Outlook meeting resources. From within Outlook, users can search for conference rooms based on meeting time, location, capacity, and real-time availability, making it easier to schedule meetings without switching between systems or applications.
The solution also provides access to additional Indoor Finder capabilities, including workspace reservations, employee directory, organizational charts, interactive floor plans, building amenities, and custom search tools.
Account and License Requirement: Use of this Outlook add-in requires access to an active account and a valid organization license or subscription. This add-in does not sell subscriptions or licenses directly through Microsoft AppSource. Users must sign in with their organization-provided credentials to use the advertised features.
