SP Toolkit is a SharePoint Framework web part that migrates lists and document libraries between SharePoint Online sites — within the same tenant or across tenants. A 10-step guided wizard walks you through strategy selection, source connection, list picking, automatic field mapping, dependency analysis, pre-flight validation, and execution with real-time progress tracking.
SPFx component types: Web Part, Full Page Application, Teams Personal App, Teams Tab.

- Migration Wizard — 10-step guided workflow for same-tenant and cross-tenant list migration with automatic lookup remapping, version history preservation, attachment migration, and throttling protection.
- Site Management Hub — 7 specialized workspaces for list creation, bulk data operations, CSV import/export, data transformation rules, reports and insights, list templates (blueprints), and cleanup and optimization.
- Views Import / Export — Export and import list view configurations between sites as JSON snapshots.

Limitations:
- Requires SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) — not compatible with SharePoint on-premises.
- Cross-tenant migration requires site collection administrator permissions on both source and target tenants.
- Large migrations run continuously but throughput varies based on SharePoint API throttling limits.
- Version history migration is supported for documents and list items, but original timestamps and authors are preserved only where the SharePoint API allows.
