NXT AP is a vertical AI agent for the accounts payable function in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. It captures, validates, matches and posts supplier invoices directly in your SAP system — no middleware, no data replication, no parallel document store. SAP remains the system of record.
Unlike rigid document workflows, NXT AP treats every invoice as a distinct case and applies discrete, auditable skills: data extraction, PO and goods-receipt matching, tax compliance validation, GL coding, payment-term determination and exception routing. Each skill executes against complete and current SAP master data.

- Retrieves invoices from mailboxes, file systems and 30+ national e-invoicing networks
- Extracts header and line-item data from PDF and electronic invoices using Azure AI Document Intelligence
- Validates against live SAP master data, including market-specific compliance checks
- Performs automated three-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts
- Proposes GL coding and cost assignment, with configurable approval and exception handling
- Parks and posts invoices natively in SAP FI/MM
- Archives source documents via SAP ArchiveLink
- Reports straight-through-processing rates, first-pass yield and exception causes in real time
