With Signature365 from Innovative365, users in a Microsoft 365 organization get automatic, personalized email signatures, legal disclaimers and marketing content (such as banners) in their emails. IT or marketing teams can centrally manage and update these signatures for the entire organization.
This is deployed organization-wide by an organization's administrator. It automatically adds a signature when a user begins composing an e-mail in Outlook (web and desktop). The user can choose the desired signature layout.
