Component information

This app adds an Acronyms button to all Document Libraries. The button is a 'List View Command set' Custom Action.

Licensing

This add-in requires a valid license.

A license can be purchased once the SharePoint Add-in is added to your site using the Buy Now button.

Getting started

1. Add Acronym Analysis for SharePoint to your SharePoint site using the 'Get It Now' button or with the Add App menu from your site's 'Site Contents' page.
2. Select Acronym Analysis for SharePoint from you site's 'Site Contents' page and choose a plan.
3. Sign-in to our site with your Microsoft work account and continue to your Microsoft 365 Admin Center to assign licenses.

Note: The solution must be added to each SharePoint site where you would like to use it. It is not deployed to the entire tenant. This approach allows for more granular control, ensuring the solution is only available on sites that need it.

Permissions Required

This application requires the following Microsoft Graph API permission:

• User.Read.All
  Justification This permission is used to retrieve user-level metadata such as signed-in user name, email, and ID. It is required for authentication and enables the application to tailor experiences and configurations based on the customer's context. No user data is accessed.

This application requires the following Meridian Series Subscriptions:

• user_impersonation (Meridian Series Subscriptions API)
  Justification: This permission allows the application to act on behalf of the signed-in user when interacting with the Meridian Series Subscriptions Service. It is required to enable personalized access subscription usage rights that are scoped to the user's identity and permissions. This ensures that users only access data and functionality appropriate to their role and context.
