Consultancy Workshop for Azure Local

Our consultancy service is designed to help you evaluate your current design and deployment for Azure Local, offering expert recommendations and performing a thorough Gap Analysis to identify necessary changes or improvements that are needed for a successful roll-out for Azure Local and Azure connectivity. We focus on advising you on how to meet your deployment targets while adhering to Microsoft Best Practices.

• Review the necessary documentation to deliver a Gap Analysis.
• Discuss specific issues identified separately.
• Highlight business and technical issues in the deployment documentation.
• Discuss the subscription setup.
• Discuss the future management structure.
• Create recommendations for the Build lab and staging area.
• Produce recommendations on store rollout.
• Generate recommendations for ongoing management and upgrades.
• Identify and build a plan around any failures for Azure registration of identified Azure Local servers.

Please note that no remediation work or changes will be made as part of this service. Our goal is to provide you with actionable insights and recommendations to optimise your deployment strategy.
