Prerequisites or Requirements for Use:

• Zscaler Client Connector: ZDX leverages the Zscaler Client Connector agent deployed on end-user devices to collect performance metrics. If not already deployed for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), it will need to be installed.
• Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange: ZDX is delivered as a service from the Zscaler cloud and integrates with the Zero Trust Exchange for its monitoring capabilities.
• Configuration: IT teams will need to enable ZDX for all or select user groups and configure monitoring for specific private and cloud-based applications through probes.
• Network Connectivity: End-user devices require internet connectivity to connect to the Zscaler cloud and for ZDX to collect and transmit data.
