Why CFO Workbench
Unlike standalone AP tools that sit outside your Microsoft environment, CFO Workbench installs directly into your SharePoint tenant. Your data stays in Microsoft 365, governance and compliance flow from your existing tenant policies, and your team works in the interfaces they already know.
Account dependencies and limitations
In order to use CFO Workbench, you need an active Microsoft 365 subscription with SharePoint Online, and your account must have at least SharePoint Site Member permission on the target site (with Contribute access to the dashboard's lists for status-change actions).
Microsoft Teams integration is optional and requires an active Microsoft Teams license. The "View in Xero" feature links to invoices in Xero and requires an active Xero account with access to the linked Xero organisation.
The application runs entirely client-side within your Microsoft 365 tenant; no customer data is transmitted to or stored by the Provider.
