Agent Factory by Engage Squared is a professional services engagement that helps organisations get started with, and extend their use of Microsoft 365 by identifying, building and scaling agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This engagement supports customers to launch a practical Agent Factory model within their Microsoft 365 environment. We work with business and technology teams to identify high‑value agent use cases, design and build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, and establish the governance and operating practices needed to manage agents safely and effectively.

Through structured workshops and hands‑on delivery, Engage Squared helps organisations move from agent ideas to working Microsoft 365 solutions. This includes use case discovery and prioritisation, agent design and build, testing and launch support, and the foundations required to measure, improve and scale agents over time.

Through this engagement, you will:

• Identify and prioritise agent use cases that extend the value of Microsoft 365.
• Design, build and test agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio in your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Apply governance, ownership and quality controls aligned to Microsoft 365 security and compliance requirements.
• Prepare agents for launch through adoption, enablement and change support.
• Establish a repeatable model to scale agent delivery across teams or departments.

Expected outcomes:

By the end of the engagement, your organisation will have a clear and repeatable approach for delivering Microsoft 365 agents, including a prioritised agent backlog, agreed governance practices, working agent designs or pilots, and a foundation to continue expanding agent adoption safely and confidently.
