• Dial Plans: Groups, Personal, Extension, Enhanced
• Contact Center: Announcements, Users/Agents, Operational Hours/Holiday Schedules, Workgroups, Overflow/Forward Rules, Reports, etc.
• Recommended 'Next Steps'.
