At the end of the workshop, RICOH will help you create a roadmap for Viva solutions As a Microsoft partner with different skill sets and experience with Microsoft technologies, RICOH will provide a meaningful workshop that will help you understand your current state and lead to the desired state that provides a connection of people, data and applications based on Microsoft Viva. Our team will work with you through workshops to understand your priorities, challenges and culture to design a solution that meets your requirements. Focus and deliverables: Day 1: Evaluation: Launch. Day 2: Presentation of Viva Solutions. Sessions to understand the current state of employees in terms of commitments, communications and their well-being and productivity. Day 3: Visualization: Brainstorm solutions to fit the client's pain points. Day 4 : Mapping Viva solutions for each of the employee challenges. Day 5: Planning and recommendation. Identify and prioritize scenarios, high relevance topics, provide roadmap and guidance (best practices, remote guidance, tools and resources). Next step: pilot.
