Microsoft Teams: 3-Week Implementation Services

This fixed-cost service is meant for Canadian mid-sized organizations (100+ users) who wish to standardize on the Microsoft Teams platform.

Ideal for companies who are using a multitude of tools for collaboration, wish to standardize on a single platform, and are lacking an end-user onboarding/training plan for new technology rollouts.

At Paragon Micro, we believe in doing things right the first time. This means dividing a successful Microsoft Teams implementation into two critical parts:

• Part 1 is the project-based technical component, and includes current state assessment, design and planning, and the migration to the Teams platform.
• Part 2 is the organizational adoption and employee enablement phase, which serves as the glue binding the needs of the business to the newly deployed solution.

For Part 1, we offer a fixed-cost professional services engagement which consists of approximately 100 hours of discovery & design sessions, implementation, testing, and validation. Part 2 is customizable depending on the needs of each organization. We offer fixed rates for adoption and training services, including day-long instructor-led sessions, 2-hour sessions, and/or video-on-demand series.
