Technical assessment and workshop – Discover and Protect • Defining what data is sensitive to the organisation and where it lives • Defining who has access (internal and external) • Establishing how data is managed and the level of exposure risk • Establishing data protection, access controls and governance • Classifying sensitive data types and applying sensitivity labels

Interactive training – Art of the Possible • Understanding how to use Copilot effectively as a baseline, with key use cases • Unlocking creativity with Word and PowerPoint • Unlocking productivity with Outlook and Excel • Improving data analysis with Excel • Enabling collaboration and teamwork with Teams and Outlook

Interactive training – Build the Plan • Reviewing and demonstrating two priority scenarios for using Copilot in a business process, chosen from Executive, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT or HR • Guided small-group exercise – delegates are helped to build their own plan to apply Copilot in their day-to-day roles • Reviewing as a group – delegates demonstrate their workflows with their peer group to develop understanding
