Microsoft Purview Data Security Implementation

ProArch’s Microsoft Purview Data Security Implementation is a project‑based professional service designed to implement and operationalize Microsoft Purview data protection and governance capabilities across Microsoft 365 environments. This service helps organizations move from defined data security intent into enforceable, automated protection that reduces sensitive data exposure while supporting compliance, collaboration, and AI adoption.

The engagement focuses on configuring core and advanced Purview capabilities based on an approved scope, including data classification and sensitivity labeling, retention and lifecycle policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and data discovery and visibility features. Where applicable, the service also enables Purview capabilities that support AI and Copilot scenarios, helping organizations understand and control how sensitive data is accessed and used by AI‑enabled workloads.

Services are delivered as a time‑bound, hands‑on implementation engagement aligned to business, compliance, and risk priorities defined during scoping. ProArch performs authorized configuration and enablement activities within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, validates implemented controls, and provides documentation and knowledge transfer to support operational handoff. This service does not include ongoing monitoring, tuning, or managed services unless contracted separately.
