Calendar Booking Service lets you create a booking link from Outlook and put it in the email you are composing. Recipients pick a time on your branded page. Your calendar stays the source of truth.
This add-in is for consultants, coaches, and service businesses who already send meeting invites from Outlook and want one click instead of leaving the inbox.
What you can do
- Open Booking Links from a new Outlook email
- Choose a meeting type from your catalog, or create a one-off Quick meeting
- Generate the link and insert it into the message
- Optionally attach invite credit when you collect payment for that meeting
Account required
You need a Calendar Booking Service account. A free account is enough to use this add-in. Create one at https://calendarbookingservice.com. Paid Pro features on the website (such as Stripe or Yoco checkout and automatic Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet links) are optional and are not required to generate and insert a link.
