Zendesk AI Agent brings AI-powered support into Microsoft Teams so employee support and operations teams can answer questions without leaving Teams. It generates responses from your Zendesk knowledge and other sources you select.
Who it's for: Employee service teams that use Zendesk and want to manage employee queries in Microsoft Teams.
You can:
- Respond to employee messages with AI-generated replies grounded in your Zendesk knowledge and configured sources.
- Ask the agent a question in a one-to-one direct message and get an answer without mentioning it.
- Choose which channels the agent listens in and which agent is assigned.
- Tailor sources and configuration for different use cases and channels.
Requirements and limitations: An active Zendesk account with messaging enabled is required. The AI agent works in team and channel scope and in one-to-one direct messages with the agent; it does not respond in group chats or private channels.
AI transparency: Responses may be generated by AI and should be reviewed before use. To report objectionable or inappropriate AI-generated content, you can raise a ticket via the Web Widget here: https://support.zendesk.com.
