Coefficient Alerts keeps your team informed by delivering smart-alert and dashboard notifications from your spreadsheets directly into Microsoft Teams. Instead of checking a sheet or a dashboard, your team is notified in the channels and chats they already use — the moment something changes.

Coefficient connects to your live business data in Google Sheets and Excel, watches it against the conditions you define, and sends a clean, formatted notification to Teams when those conditions are met or on the schedule you set.

What you can do

- Get alerted in a Teams channel or 1:1 chat when your data crosses a threshold, hits a target, shifts unexpectedly, or meets any condition you configure in Coefficient.

- Receive scheduled snapshots of your live Coefficient dashboards, delivered as a rendered image with a link to the full dashboard.

- Keep everyone aligned on the same numbers — each notification includes the metric, the context, and a link back to the source.

How it works

1. Add the Coefficient Alerts bot to a Teams channel, or install it for yourself for 1:1 notifications.

2. In Coefficient, create a Smart Alert or a Dashboard Subscription and choose Microsoft Teams as a delivery destination.

3. Coefficient sends notifications to Teams automatically — on your schedule, or the instant your alert conditions are met.

Coefficient Alerts is a notification-only bot. It delivers the alert and dashboard content you configure and never reads, stores, or responds to your Teams conversations.
