The Carta CRM add-in for Outlook brings your CRM into your inbox:
- Save contacts from emails and calendar events to Carta CRM without using the web interface. Select a contact, add any additional information and choose "Save to Carta CRM".
- See every person on an email thread as a suggested contact and save them in one place.
- Attach an email to a deal, company or fundraising opportunity as a note, so the whole team sees the conversation.
A valid Carta CRM subscription is required to use the add-in. Contact your Carta account representative or visit https://support.carta.com/ to create or upgrade your subscription.
