NobleAI AI-Acceleration Program

This engagement is a structured, high-impact initiative designed to progress from AI exploration to a validated business case and ultimately an executable project plan. Leveraging NobleAI’s services and platform, it assesses AI readiness across multiple groups and business units. The outcome is a data- driven foundation that identifies where to deploy NobleAI and Microsoft assets across both near-term and long-term strategic priorities.

Scope of Work:

1. Data & Use Case Assessment o Rapid evaluation of structured and unstructured data sources o Identification and prioritization of high-value AI use cases o Alignment with Microsoft Discovery / Azure ecosystem

2. Executive & Technical Workshop (Virtual or On-Site) o Cross-functional session (R&;D, IT, Digital, Business) o Education on science-based AI and agentic workflows o Use case deep dives and success criteria definition

3. AI Readiness Reports o Assessment of data maturity, infrastructure, and organizational readiness o Gap analysis and recommended roadmap o Benchmarking against internal AI efforts and industry AI leaders o Defined pilot scope (timeline, milestones, deliverables) o Access to NobleAI’s ROI impact models o Limited to 3 readiness reports 

4. Architecture & Workflow Designs o Customer specific architecture workflow diagram  Current workflow diagram  Enhanced workflow diagram (Microsoft + NobleAI) o Potential Integration points with:  Microsoft Discovery / Fabric / Azure  Customer systems (LIMS, ELN, data lakes, etc.) o Clear path to relevant enterprise-wide AI solution
