HiveMind is an Azure-native, AI-supported knowledge management capability that helps organizations capture, structure and reuse tacit expert knowledge. Knowledge is captured through guided interviews conducted by a specialized AI interview agent in Microsoft Teams. The agent interacts in a natural, human-like conversational manner, asking adaptive follow-up questions and helping contributors explain experience, decision logic, risks, trade-offs and practical know-how.
HiveMind combines interview-based knowledge capture, enterprise-data context and human review to turn individual expertise into governed organizational knowledge. The solution supports scenarios such as expert exits, role handovers, onboarding, operational transitions, project lessons learned, incident reviews and knowledge-risk mitigation.
