Kalender Sync connects your calendars across providers. Keep your availability aligned across Microsoft 365/Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and CalDAV calendars, including GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, Posteo, STRATO and kSuite. iCal feeds can be used as read-only sources.
Set up calendar syncs that fit your work. Choose source and target calendars, use one-way or two-way synchronization, and share full event details or only a Busy blocker. Automatic updates help reduce scheduling conflicts when you work across personal, business and client calendars.
Work with your calendars through an AI assistant. Kalender Sync provides a remote MCP server with 15 tools to list calendars, check availability, search for events, create and manage events, respond to invitations, and inspect or manage calendar syncs. Sync tools include previews, diagnostics, creation, pausing and deletion. You choose which calendars an assistant can access and which actions it may perform.
Connect through the Kalender Sync listings for Claude and ChatGPT, or configure a compatible Streamable HTTP MCP client with a dedicated access key. The MCP endpoint is https://app.kalender-sync.de/mcp. Access-key connections use the Authorization header with a Bearer token. OAuth sign-in is supported for Claude and ChatGPT; other clients use an access key.
Managing existing events requires full calendar details and the relevant management permission. Invitation responses depend on the calendar provider's scheduling support. iCloud cannot respond to invitations from external organizers such as Google or Outlook. Managing syncs requires permission to manage syncs in the target calendar. Syncs with other people are set up in the app.
