This 2 weeks assessment consists of 2 modules

Hiigh level overview:

• Understand the client’s current technical estate and why previous strategic decisions were made.
• Conduct high-level overview of the client’s technical estate across Azure, On-Premises, Microsoft 365 & Business Critical Applications.
• Understand how technology is implemented and used within the client’s organisation.
• Understand any technical pain points or blockers preventing the client’s organisation from innovating or realising full ROI potential.
• Facilitate comprehensive stakeholder discussions to understand their existing cloud strategy and vision for the technical infrastructure, aligned to requirements and strategy of their wider organisation.

Detailed Assessment:

• Conduct detailed assessments of Microsoft 365, Azure, On-Premises, Business Critical Applications, Skills & Resourcing and Cost Optimisation
• Analyse all data collected during High Level Overview
• Produce 12-month roadmap to address pain points, foster innovation and maximise ROI across Azure and Microsoft 365, tailored to client’s specific needs
