Contract Management Solution with Microsoft Office 365

We offer a contract management solution based on Microsoft 365. Our solution provides a digital repository for all types of contracts. It features drag-and-drop functionality, direct integration with Microsoft Office, and metadata structuring as its foundation. The extensive and configurable full-text search makes it easy to find the necessary information. Additionally, automatic notifications, collaborative document editing, and approval and monitoring workflows are available. As an optional innovative feature, SharePoint Syntex offers AI capabilities for automatic recognition and processing of document contents.

Configuration options for Contract Management:

• Site content types, including base content type with basic metadata and (central) document templates
• Metadata definition at the site level per content type
• Workflows (approval, review/resubmission)
• Notification functions (for changes)
• Document libraries and lists with views (conditional formatting for document types)
• Information Rights Management (IRM)
• Sensitivity labels
• Optional AI functions from SharePoint Syntex
• Role and permission concept (only possible at the folder level, not at the metadata level)
• Integration with Digital Signature providers (DocuSign and AdobeSign)
